A comprehensive coaching service providing guidance and support throughout the year:
Initial consultation
History/experience
Motivators
Time available to train – balance with work/family/other commitments
Assessment of current condition/fitness
Identify and set athlete-driven goals/objectives
Event selection
Logistics, equipment & strategy for goal event(s)
Engagement with complementary services (e.g. bike fitting, physiotherapy)
Training plan & delivery
A full-season approach with an annual, periodised training plan built around the goal event(s)
Daily training sessions provided (via TrainingPeaks – optional)
Sessions designed around equipment available to each athlete (e.g. power, HR, RPE)
Reviewed weekly and adjustments made if required
Feedback
Ongoing analysis & feedback following key training sessions
Weekly email or text exchanges
Monthly call
Pre-event consultation
Event strategy, execution, logistics (respecting self-supported principles when applicable)
Bike setup, equipment choices, nutrition considerations
Sports psychology – techniques for event preparation
Post-event/season review
Honest reflection of performance against goals/objectives
